Directions for Use:
Add 1 sachet (6 g) to 600 mL of water, stir well and consume. Consume upon waking, or throughout the day as needed. Do not consume more than 2 sachets per day. Adjust water amount to suit your individual taste preferences.

I've spent 10+ years scaling some of Australia’s leading wellness brands.
After experiencing a major burnout, I was forced to completely rethink my relationship with wellbeing. Like so many women, I had spent years trying to do it all, and learned firsthand what happens when looking after yourself becomes the last thing on the list.
