Refund policy

We take great care in producing premium-quality products and stand behind their safety and integrity.

Because Avive Hydration is a consumable product, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind or if you simply do not like the taste. This is in line with health and safety regulations.

However, under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund if the product you receive is:

  • Faulty or defective

  • Damaged in transit

  • Not as described


If you believe your product falls into one of these categories, please contact our team at hello@avivehydration.com within 7 days of receiving your order. To help us resolve the issue quickly, include your order number, a description of the problem, and photographs of the product/packaging.

Where a fault is confirmed, we will offer you the choice of:

  • A replacement of the same item, sent at no additional cost, or

  • A full refund to your original payment method.


Important Notes

  • Returns are not available for change of mind, flavour preference, or if you fail to store the product correctly after delivery.

  • We cannot accept returns on opened products unless there is a proven fault.

  • Refunds will only be processed once the product issue has been verified.
