Some Avive products may be available as a subscription or pre-order. This policy explains how you can manage, change, or cancel these types of purchases.
Subscriptions
When you choose an Avive subscription, you'll receive repeat deliveries based on the frequency and duration you select.
Your payment details are stored securely, and you’ll be charged for each delivery unless you choose to prepay.
Some subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of their term. If you prefer not to renew, you can cancel at any time before the next order processes.
You can update, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time in your Account.
Your order confirmation emails include links to manage your subscription directly, or you can access your account through our website.

Pre-Orders
A pre-order allows you to secure an Avive product that is currently out of stock or arriving soon.
At checkout, we may collect full payment, a partial deposit, or simply store your payment method. Once the product is ready to ship, we will fulfil your order and charge any remaining balance.
You can cancel a partially paid pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled.
If your order has already shipped, it can no longer be cancelled; however, you may still request a refund in accordance with our Returns Policy.
