Termination
These Terms remain in effect unless terminated by either you or us. You may terminate at any time by ceasing use of the site. If you breach these Terms, we may terminate your access without notice and you will remain liable for amounts due up to the termination date.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, along with any policies posted on our site, constitute the entire agreement between you and Avive Hydration regarding the Service, and supersede prior agreements or understandings.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

AVIVE HYDRATION x CLUB FLEX STUDIO 1-YEAR WELLNESS GIVEAWAY
During the promotional period, eligible entrants who successfully enter the Avive x Club Flex Studio promotion may be selected to receive a one (1) year Club Flex Studio Online Pilates Membership and one (1) year of Avive Beautylytes™. By participating in this promotion, you agree to the following terms:
1. Promotional Period
The promotion runs until 11:59pm AEDT on 31st March, 206.
Entries received after this time will not be eligible.
2. Eligibility
The promotion is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.
To be eligible, entrants must complete the required entry steps as outlined on the official entry banner.
3. Prize Details
The prize includes:

One (1) year unlimited access to Club Flex Studio Online Pilates (digital membership access only); and
-
One (1) year of Avive Beautylytes™ hydration, consisting of twelve (12) boxes of Avive Beautylytes™ (Wild Blueberry or Salty Peach), delivered monthly via subscription (one box per month for 12 consecutive months).
The total prize value is determined by the recommended retail price at the time of commencement.
The prize:

Is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

Cannot be substituted except at Avive’s discretion.

Is valid for 12 consecutive months from the date of activation.
Avive Hydration boxes will be dispatched monthly to the winner’s nominated Australian address. The winner is responsible for providing accurate delivery details.
4. Winner Selection
One (1) winner will be selected.
The winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries received during the promotional period.
No purchase guarantees selection.
The winner will be contacted via email using the details provided at entry.
If the winner does not respond within the timeframe specified in the notification email, Avive reserves the right to redraw.
5. Prize Fulfilment
Club Flex Studio will provide the winner with access instructions for their online Pilates membership.
Avive will initiate the 12-month hydration subscription upon confirmation of delivery details.
Avive is not responsible for:

Incorrect email or delivery information supplied by entrants.

Delays outside of its reasonable control.

Lost or stolen deliveries once confirmed as delivered.
6. General
This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram, Facebook, or any other social media platform.
Avive Hydration Pty Ltd and Club Flex Studios reserve the right to verify entries and disqualify any entry that is incomplete, fraudulent or does not comply with these terms.
Avive reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion where reasonably necessary due to circumstances outside its control.
