Shipping policy

We are committed to delivering your order quickly, safely, and with care. Please read below for details on our shipping options and timeframes.

Australian Shipping Rates

  • Standard Shipping: Flat rate of $9.95 on all orders under $170.

  • Free Standard Shipping: Automatically applied to orders over $170.

  • Express Shipping: Flat rate of $14.95 on all orders.


Australian Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days (depending on your location).

  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (metro areas; regional may take longer).


New Zealand Delivery Options 

  • Standard International Shipping: 4-7 business days. Flat rate $18 NZD on all orders. 

  • Express International Shipping: 2-5 business days. Flat rate $30 NZD on all orders.


Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only, provided by Australia Post. Once your order has been dispatched, Avive is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather events, or other factors outside our control.

Dispatch Times

We process and dispatch orders within 1–2 business days of receiving them. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your delivery.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship within Australia and New Zealand only. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

Delivery Issues

  • Please ensure your shipping details are entered correctly at checkout. Avive is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

  • If your parcel is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can investigate with the courier.
