I've spent 10+ years scaling some of Australia’s leading wellness brands.
After experiencing a major burnout, I was forced to completely rethink my relationship with wellbeing. Like so many women, I had spent years trying to do it all, and learned firsthand what happens when looking after yourself becomes the last thing on the list.
Through my work, I also saw a clear gap in the industry. Women were reaching for electrolytes to support a different kind of endurance: careers, motherhood, travel, hormonal changes, stress and the demands of everyday life. Yet the category remained built for athletes.
Women were using hydration differently, but no one was creating it for them.
